In these website Terms of Service, the terms are used in the following meaning:

Purchaser – a person who has registered on the www.globlink.ge website and who has ordered the goods and software from this website. The Purchaser receives the Services personally.
Personal account – an account opened for the Purchaser in the Seller’s settlement system to account for the funds accrued and paid for the goods and software.
Spam – electronic, text and/or multimedia messages that are intentionally mass sent to the Purchaser’s email address without the prior consent (order) of the Purchaser, except for the Seller messages about the provision of the Services.
Conditions – these conditions for the provision of the Seller’s Services.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Prices for all types of goods and software are determined by the Seller independently.
Goods and software are provided on a prepayment basis.
The Buyer can choose two payment options:
– Payment by Visa/Master card using the TBC bank acquiring system.
– Payment to a bank account. An invoice for the product is generated automatically and sent to the Purchaser’s e-mail.
The Purchaser can receive information about the order status:
– In his personal account selecting “My account” menu and “Orders” menu;
– From the Seller’s call-center by phone: (+995) 557 631083;
– Send a request to the Seller’s e-mail address: globlinkge@gmail.com
The moment of payment for the products is considered the moment of crediting the funds to the Seller’s bank account.
3. EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
Return of goods of proper quality
When placing an order online, you can refuse the goods at any time before they are sent. If you refuse the goods, we will refund you its cost, no later than 10 days from the date of order cancellation.
You can return the goods you have already received to us within 14 days of receipt. The packaging must be intact and the goods must not be damaged. If these conditions are met we will refund you the cost of the goods, excluding the cost of return shipping to the store, no later than 10 days from the date the store receives the goods.
Exchange of goods of inadequate quality
If you received a product of inadequate quality due to a manufacturing defect, you can exchange it for a similar product of adequate quality. The goods will be replaced within 7 days. We have the right to refuse the buyer an exchange or return of the goods if we believe that the discovered defect is a consequence of improper use or storage of the goods. In the event of a dispute about the quality of the goods or the reasons for the defects, we accept the goods from the buyer and conduct an examination of the goods. The buyer has the right to participate in the quality check of the goods and challenge the expert opinion in court. If the product examination reveals defects that arose as a result of improper use or storage, the buyer is obliged to reimburse us for the costs of the examination, as well as the associated costs of storing and transporting the goods.
4. DELIVERY METHODS
The goods are shipped to the address specified by the Purchaser within 1-2 business days after the payment.
There are several methods of goods delivery which Purchaser can choose during Checkout procedure:
- Local shipping to Georgian address via Georgian Post
- International shipping via Aramex, FedEx or Global Postal Union Network.
The SoftWare are delivered to the Purchaser registered email address within 1-2 business days after the payment.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
Globlink.ge appreciates your confidence and makes it so that the information about you is used carefully and cautiously. This page describes our privacy policy. Visiting globlink.ge you are accepting the practices described in the Privacy Information page.
What personal information about customers is going to globlink.ge?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience.
Here are the types of information we gather.

Information Security
1. Choose a strong password
To protect your password, it is important to periodically change it and save your password on the other, as anyone who knows your password can get access to your account.
